This year’s rAge sees Bravado Gaming and NAG introducing ‘Bring the Bravado’ to the event. The initiative is geared towards creating awareness in the social and competitive gaming industry for people who are curious, may have questions or don’t understand how or why to get involved in the many respective fields associated with gaming.
“Bringing the Bravado is based on the call-to-action of being the best that you can be, no matter how good or bad you are, it’s always about being able to give it your all” says Andreas Hadjipaschali, CEO of Bravado Gaming.
There are four activities planned to take place on the stand over the course of the weekend: Workshops, a Selfie Give-Away, Team USA Live Stream, and Meet Your Heroes sessions.
The Workshops will be presented by local industry influencers from different parts of the social and competitive gaming market. There are a variety of topics sectioned into 20-minute slots. The impressive line up covers topics ranging from Gaming Stereotypes, to Gaming Production, The Business of Esports, International Shoutcasting, Playing Safe and much more.
There will also be a Selfie-Giveaway activity where visitors who attend a workshop or visit the stand will be given a chance to win a cool prize by simply taking a selfie and uploading it with the hashtag #bringthebravado.
On Saturday from 14h00-14h45 there will be a live stream to the USA for an update on the Project Destiny Experience.
The Meet Your Heroes event will see local industry heroes, including the workshops speakers, joining fans and friends on the stand between 12h30 and 13h00 on Saturday 6 October. The purpose of this is to give visitors an opportunity to interact, meet-and-greet, take photos, mingle and ask questions.
The activations will take place on stand number 12 during the following times:
- Friday: 10H45 – 15H30
- Saturday: 10H00 – 15H30
- Sunday: 11H00 – 14H30
